Model Trains: Plateau Generation Tool

This tool is made for generating western plateau landscapes. You can customize the generation with a variety of controls:

• Noise settings:
  • Seed
  • Position/Offset
  • Scale
• Plateau Heights:
  • Max Plateau Height
  • Terrace Count
  • Terrace Heights/Threshold

You can use the Live Preview option to view your changes in real time and the Generate button to generate a smoothed and textured version of the terrain.

The default camera circles around the diorama, but you can toggle to a first person controlled camera with the appropriate button. The controls for the first person camera are:

• Move Left and Right: A and D
• Move Foreword and Back: W and S
• Move Up and Down: E and Q
• Hold Shift to move faster in all directions
• Turn the camera with the Arrow Keys

Note: This was built in my custom game engine. Please excuse the locked window size and let me know if you encounter any crashes.
